Our Team

Nora Abousteit

Founder + CEO

Nora lives and breathes arts and crafts and is a serial entrepreneur who has started three companies helping people to make things. After BurdaStyle.com and Kollabora her latest business is CraftJam. When not crunching numbers on spreadsheets she probably knits or sews teddy bears, beanies, and jackets for her (cute and fun) toddler.

Meg Glasser

Head of Operations

Meg is passionate about launching and scaling new businesses that are rooted in creative communities. Before CraftJam, Meg was at Good Eggs and GlamSquad, where she brought together the makers and creatives that drove the business. Raised by a textile artist and dressmaker, Meg was drawn to crafts at a young age. At age 11 she had her own quilt-making business and eventually earned a degree in Textile Arts.

Anna Morrissey

Account Manager

With a background in working at art museums and a degree in Art History, Anna has always been inspired by the arts, as well as crafts. She is passionate about planning and organizing events and is excited to help bring the experience of making and creating to everyone. In her spare time, she dabbles in needlepoint, embroidery, lettering, and is looking forward to learning to knit!

Meredith Chapman

Creative Content Manager

A Parsons School of Design grad, Meredith represented high-end photographers as a talent agent. Ultimately, her crafty soul had other plans for her. She’s been the voice behind our team’s customer response efforts, while onboarding JamMasters, and even teaching some of our workshops herself! Her slight obsession with clothing and accessories (it’s genetic) means that Meredith is constantly shopping in her own closet for what she can reuse, rehab and recycle, with the help of her trusty sewing machine.

Maddie Hatoum

Social Media Manager

With a background in marketing and design Maddie is passionate about expanding and cultivating our community of Jammers through social media. From a young age Maddie spent her time doodling, painting and crafting and loves to bring creativity to everything she does. When she’s not creating new content she’s crocheting her friends and family funky clothing.

George Kan

Kit and Inventory Coordinator

George is an artist with degrees in the History of Art. When he isn’t painting, he is a devoted knitter, and loves to use up all the bits of leftover yarn in any way possible.

Jane Zisman

Kit and Inventory Coordinator

Jane has a passion for creativity and community with degrees in studio art and sociology. She loves to be surrounded by crafting material and has been known to spend hours browsing the shelfs of any art supplies store. In her own time, Jane likes to create illustrations that use bright colors and bold patterns.
